In accordance with JJG762-2007 Extensometer calibration regulations & JJF1096-2002 Extensometer Calibrator calibration specification requirements, we can calibrate the extensometer:
1. Based on the specification /model of the calibrated extensometer as well as the tested sample specifications, you can choose the separated sample which is basically consistent with the tested sample.
2. Adjust the positions of the two measuring support arms, to obtain the suitable calibration gap; Adjust the eccentric snap ring position of the two measuring support arms, so as to keep the two separated samples coaxial; Adjust the distance between the micrometer probe and the inferior base, so as to ensure the effective stroke of the micrometer probe. After that, please pay attention to tightening all the required parts. During the calibration, it’s forbidden to slide or loosen except the permitted moving parts.
